Water Conservation Information
We welcome you to the Ramona Municipal Water District, and are
pleased to serve you! As an RMWD customer, please take a moment to
read about the valuable conservation programs available to you.
Water conservation is a way of life in Southern California. Nestled
in the foothills of San Diego County, a large percentage of our
water is imported and pumped up, over 1,000 feet, to Ramona. As the
cost of water and energy continue to rise, it becomes increasingly
important to make every drop of water count.
The Ramona Municipal Water District encourages using water wisely
through public education and environmental awareness. Several
conservation programs are offered to assist our customers. Please
take a look at the links below to determine which programs or
conservation methods might be of interest to you.
