The California Department of Forestry and Fire Protection/Ramona Fire Department Explorer program is an official department function. It is the intent of the Department, in conjunction with the Boy Scouts of America, to offer young adults real life experiences, training, and exposure to the Fire service.

REQUIREMENTS
* Must be 15 to 21 years old.
* Be medically cleared to participate
* Clean criminal record
* If enrolled in High School, applicant is able to maintain at least a 2.0 "C" average.
