FIRE RELIEF CLAIM FORM (.pdf) - Please note: The Witch Creek fire may have resulted in an increase usage of water for your account and this form may be used to make a claim for an adjustment to your account. It is your understanding that the Ramona Municipal Water District will allow a claim for an adjustment equal to the additional water used for on-property fire prevention during the billing cycle that included October 21-26, 2007 over the billing cycle that included those dates from the prior year.
