Start Water Service

To start water service with the Ramona Water District, you need to call at least one business day prior to the day you want service to begin. Ramona will be able to connect your service within 24 hours.

You will need to provide the following information to our Customer Service Department to begin your service: name, service address, mailing address and phone numbers.

You will also need to complete an Application for Water Service. If you are a tenant, the owner must also complete an  Owner Authorization Form. These forms must be returned within 3 business days of the service start date. You may return the form via email (customerservice@rmwd.org), fax (760-788-2202), or deliver them to our office.

Stopping Water Service

To stop your service with the Ramona Water District, please call us at least one business day prior to the day you would like services to end. You will need to provide forwarding address for your final bill to our Customer Service Department to stop service.
