If you see a leak (broken fire hydrant, flowing water in street, etc.), contact our Customer Service department 24 hours a day at 760-789-1330 to report the leak. Please include the location of the leak in as much detail as possible (streets, landmarks, etc.).

Note: leaks on private property or on a customer’s side of the meter are the responsibility of the customer
